Shipping policy

SHIPPING: All our shipments are handled by TNT. Average shipping time is 48–72 hours, excluding unforeseen delays. Orders can be tracked using the tracking code sent by email, normally provided 24 hours after the order is placed. Shipping is free for orders of at least €60.00. Orders below that amount incur a shipping charge of €4.90 or €3.00, shown at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE

Our carriers' policy provides for one delivery attempt at the address you supply, including the street number and telephone contact. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, as carriers are not authorised to leave goods unattended, without proof of delivery, in a letterbox or garden.

If you would like the parcel left with a concierge or neighbour, specify that person's name in your order and, if possible, their telephone number.

If the first delivery attempt fails, the parcel will be held and redirected to a TNT proximity point in your area. We will promptly notify you of the location by email. After seven days, the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue a refund less €7.00 plus VAT for storage and return costs.
