📮 SHIPPING
: All our shipments are managed by TNT and the average shipping time is between 48-72 hours excluding unexpected delays. The order can be tracked via a shipping code that will be sent via email, normally provided 24 hours after placing the order. Our shipping is completely free with a minimum of €60.00, an order with a value lower than that amount will have an added fee (shipping) equal to € 4.90 or €3.00 , visible at the time of payment.

ATTENTION

Our couriers' policy is to attempt delivery to the full address with house number and telephone number provided by you. Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the package as couriers are not authorised to leave goods unattended (i.e. without proof of delivery) in the letterbox or in the garden.

If you wish the package to be left with the concierge or a neighbor, SPECIFY the name of the person and, if possible, a telephone number in the order.

In case of a failed first delivery attempt, the package will be stored and diverted to a TNT proximity point in your area. We will promptly notify you of the location via email. After 7 days, the package will return to our office and we will refund you, minus 7.00 Euro + VAT for storage and return costs.

OUR SYSTEM WILL CHECK the accuracy of the data entered.


➡️ RETURNS: Every customer has the right to return a book or product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund by contacting us via our contact page. The goods must be in the condition in which they were received, any further damage or deterioration on the book/product will void the refund.
